Jeremy Dotson is the co-owner of Lux Builders, bringing over 30 years of experience in the  construction industry. Jeremy began his career as a laborer and worked his way up to Director of  Construction before founding Freedom Construction in 2015. This extensive hands-on  experience has allowed him to be involved in every phase of the construction process. He has  worked on a wide variety of projects, both public and private, including remodels and ground-up  builds, with project values ranging from $50,000 to over $7 million. His work spans Federal,  private, and public sectors. Jeremy is committed to delivering not only exceptional craftsmanship  but also ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with the results. He believes in clear  communication, transparency, and going above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients.  Jeremy holds OSHA 30, CPR, and trench safety certifications, ensuring the highest standards of  safety and expertise on every project.

Taylor Novak is a dedicated and personable project manager at Lux Builders with over a decade  of experience in the construction industry. With a strong background in granite, tile, high-end  appliances, and plumbing, she has developed a keen eye for quality materials and design. Having  spent seven years in the granite and tile sector and three years in high-end appliances and  plumbing, she has honed her expertise in product selection and project coordination. Known for  her exceptional communication, attention to detail, and approachable nature, she ensures that  every project runs smoothly, making the process enjoyable and stress-free for her clients as they  bring their dream homes to life.
